Dr. Mojisola Sodeinde

Gbàlefà Group

Dr. Mojisola Sodeinde is an international development executive, institution builder and strategic advisor with more than three decades of leadership experience across Africa and the United States. Her career spans education, public policy, institutional development and regional cooperation, including senior leadership as Regional Director for West Africa at ICMPD. She has built and transformed institutions, advised governments, negotiated international partnerships and led complex multi-country development portfolios.

Today, her work is increasingly focused on agricultural transformation and commercially sustainable agrifood systems. Through Local Solutions International and leadership roles with Gbàlefà Farms, Amalgamated Farming Industries and the Agrifood Innovation Foundation, she is applying decades of experience in institution building, strategic partnerships and investment mobilisation to large-scale agricultural development, smallholder productivity, value-chain development and rural economic growth.

Her work is grounded in a consistent objective: building strong African institutions and enterprises capable of converting local resources and human potential into jobs, productivity and sustainable prosperity.

Germain Togbe Olory

Amalgamated Farming Industries

Germain Togbe-Olory is a business executive and security professional with more than a decade of experience across the United States and Europe. As Director General of Amalgamated Farming Industries, he leads commercial operations, processing, value addition and business development, with responsibility for translating production into commercially viable products and markets. He also serves as the Gbàlefà Group’s lead on security matters. Drawing on experience in armed security, personal protection, VIP protection and operational leadership, he provides oversight on the protection of personnel, assets and operations across the Group. His dual role combines commercial execution with operational discipline and security awareness.

Olusola Michael Kehinde, FCA

Leads AFI's agricultural innovation and farmer organisation work, including production clusters, cooperative development and practical implementation support.

Abimbola Olawale Sodeinde

Oversees farm operations, production systems and agribusiness development initiatives, with emphasis on operational performance, mechanisation and sustainable agricultural delivery.

Kikelomo Fatima Darboux

Local Solutions International

Kike Darboux is Senior Project Lead and Head of International Communications & Strategy at Benin Influence, the office of the Special Advisor to the President of the Republic of Benin, Mr. Claudy Siar, where she helps shape international communications strategy across culture, media and diaspora engagement. She brings more than 10 years of senior communications leadership, most recently directing strategic communications for USAID in Liberia and Benin. As a member of the Board of Directors of Local Solutions International, she brings this experience in strategic communications, international engagement and partnership building to LSI’s governance, institutional positioning and external relations. She holds an MBA from the University of Maryland.

Professor Chinwe Nora Obaji

Agrifood Innovation Foundation (AFIF)

Professor Chinwe Nora Obaji is an educationist, agricultural development advocate, farmer and former Nigerian Minister of Education. She studied Agricultural Science at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and served as a lecturer and administrator at Michael Okpara College of Agriculture. As Nigeria’s first female Minister of Education, she championed reforms to strengthen educational standards, institutional accountability and student welfare. A practising farmer with agricultural interests in Imo State and the Abuja environs, she is deeply committed to agriculture, agrifood innovation and farming as practical pathways to youth employment, enterprise and inclusive growth.
